WhatsApp Working On Separate App For IPad
There are two new WhatsApp features in development, the first of which is a security feature and the second is a wallpaper for voice calls. The report says two-step verification will soon be available in WhatsApp’s desktop app.
This time, the Meta-owned instant messaging app WhatsApp will launch a new app rather than a new update. It is being reported in the report that WhatsApp will launch an iPad app soon.
WhatsApp’s iPad app has also been confirmed by Cathcart, but no launch date has been announced. In an interview with The Verge, Cathcart said there has been a long-standing demand for a separate WhatsApp app for the iPad, and the company is glad to fill that need.
WhatsApp is developing two new features, one of which is a security feature, and the other is a wallpaper for voice calls. A report states that two-step verification is coming to WhatsApp for desktop.
Apart from this, users will also be able to change the background wallpaper during a voice call after the new update. WABetaInfo has more information about the new WhatsApp feature. The report states that after the update, WhatsApp on the desktop will allow two-step verification, requiring a PIN, although the user will have the option to enable or disable the PIN.
The feature to pause voice recordings has been seen on the beta version of WhatsApp a few days ago. The feature will be available first to desktop users. WhatsApp just released the preview feature for voice messages a few days ago.
