An arrest was made in the case of the purchase of crores of land shells

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) revealed the whole story after Malik was arrested. The ED told the court that Minister Nawab Malik bought the plot from Munira Plumber for a few lakh rupees through a company. Solids Investment Pvt. is the name of the company, and the owner is the Malik family.

According to the ED, Malik ran the company with the help of fugitive don Dawood Ibrahim’s sister Haseena Parkar and other members of the D gang. In this regard, Munira the plumber informed the ED that he owned a plot of 3 acres in the Gowala compound in Kurla. Salim Patel had taken five lakh rupees from him to vacate the illegal occupation and settle disputes on this land, but he sold it to a third party while Salim was never asked to sell it. Additionally, the paper related to the transfer of ownership of the land was not signed on July 18, 2003. Salim Patel had sold this land to someone else without his knowledge.

After examining the documents related to this land, the ED discovered that Sardar Shahwali Khan, an accused in the 1993 Mumbai bomb blasts, was behind this as well. He is serving a life sentence in Aurangabad jail under DATA and MCOCA. Shahwali Khan told the ED that Salim Patel was close to Haseena Parkar, the sister of fugitive don Dawood Ibrahim. Hasina instructed Salim to make all the decisions regarding Munira’s land.

According to Kale, the land was purchased on December 20, 2013, in the name of Nawab Malik’s wife, Mehjabeen, and their children, Sana, Nilofar, Amir, Faraj, and Bushra. The Malik family didn’t take any approval to buy this land when it was sealed. BJP leader says the government has also been fooled by telling this land to be barren.
