The film centers on a former astronaut-turned-NASA executive (Halle Berry) who must join forces with an astronaut from his past (Wilson) and a conspiracy theorist (John Bradley) to save Earth from disaster. When the Moon is about to collide with the planet, this may be Earth’s last chance. When a mysterious force pulls the Moon out of its orbit around Earth, it will collide with life on this planet.

Asked about bringing the science-fiction saga to the Indian screen, Kamal Gyanchandani, CEO, PVR Pictures, says, “Whether Godzilla or 2012, Roland Emmerich has been known for his spectacular blockbusters, and PVR Pictures is excited to launch her film Moonfall. Moonfall is a beautifully entertaining film filled with breathtaking imagery.
