What is the procedure for registering?
1. The US Department of Immigration will provide a confirmation number after registering on the US State Department website. It will only be used to track registrations.
2. Each beneficiary of a petition for a potential H-1B visa must be electronically registered using the myUSCIS online account, and they are required to pay $10 for each registration submitted by the beneficiary. 1B registration fees must be paid.
3. Petitioners shall use a “Registrant” account to submit their own registrations. From February 21, registrants will be able to create new accounts.
4. The department said that if sufficient registrations are received by March 18, registrations will be randomly selected and notification will be sent to the users’ myUSCIS accounts.
