Khali is a resident of Nainidhar in Sirmaur district. Since returning from the WWE ring, he has been living in Punjab. Punjab has a huge fan base for Khali. However, after meeting Kejriwal, Khali had said that at present there is no such idea.
Objected to agricultural laws:
Dilip Singh Rana aka The Great Khali also opposes agricultural laws. He had said during the farmers’ movement that farmers are the backbone of the country. His support extends to all farmers in the country. Farmers are taking to the streets because of the government’s wrong policies. There will be dharnas and demonstrations if any ordinance is imposed forcibly on the farmers. Dilip Singh Rana said I am the son of a farmer. I understand the struggles that farmers face. The central government should take a decision after careful consideration.
