PM Modi to inaugurate 22 developmental projects in Manipur; Nadda says Opp divides people on religion in UP
Assembly Elections 2022 Live Updates: The prime minister of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated several development projects worth Rs 4,800 crore in Manipur, which goes to the polls next month. In addition to laying the foundation stone for 5 National Highway projects, Modi dedicated 2,387 mobile towers to Manipur.
JP Nadda, BJP president, said on Monday that while the BJP brings people together, Opposition parties in UP divide people based on religion. The assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Goa, Manipur, and Uttarakhand will be held between February and March 2022. Both the BJP and the Opposition, particularly the Congress, see Uttar Pradesh as a key state. In UP and Punjab, the outcome will also show how the farmers’ unrest affects the state.
