The state’s minister of state, Pratap Khachariyawas, said Congress will ensure that the accused is arrested and punished in this case. Medical reports indicate that the victim has been raped. The police, doctors, and CBI will make a determination regarding the case. “BJP’s intention is wrong,” he said. The party has failed to play the role of opposition in the state.
