A lump sum of Rs 2 lakh can be deposited into the accounts of government employees if this occurs. There will be a meeting of the Joint Consultative Mechanism (JCM) with officials of the Ministry of Finance, Department of Personnel and Training, and Department of Expenditure soon. For many years, employees have been demanding
A central government employee’s DA is updated twice a year, from January to July. Based on the current rate of dearness allowance and the basic salary, the Dearness Allowance is calculated. In order to qualify for DA, employees of the public sector and pensioners need to work in the public sector. These benefits are intended to assist the employees with their living expenses. If the central government takes a decision in the next cabinet meeting, then central employees will be bat-bats in the new year.
